Stephen Moliterno
Founder and President

Stephen founded M.J.S. Contracting Corp. 30 years ago along with his father Carmine. Stephen prides himself on providing the finest craftsmanship and superior service. His passion for detail, organizational skills and involvement in all decisions on every project, is what distinguishes M.J.S. Contracting Corp. from other contractors.

Stephen’s educational background in engineering and architecture accompanied with diverse business and finance curriculums have served as a great compliment to his technical skills in the construction business. Growing up in this industry he’s worked in all capacities, including structural and ornamental iron working and welding, as an operating engineer and in residential and commercial carpentry, but his primary trade was as a mason.

At just 27 years old, Stephen managed a crew of 30 brick layers and laborers, and was solely responsible for set up and layout for all masonry construction of 4 toll plaza buildings for the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority, all of which required the approval of state certified inspectors. Having to achieve this level of compliance gave him invaluable experiences that he brings to each job today.

Martin O’Donnell
Project Manager / Foreman

A native of Ireland, Martin joined our team in 2000. With over 45 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, Martin brings diverse experience to M.J.S. and our clients. His ability to manage and keep projects on target, is one reason why M.J.S. is a leader in the industry.

Rafael Gracian
Carpenter

Ralph joined our team in 1995 as a mason tender/laborer. With his innate ability and strong desire to learn, Ralph soon began to work under the lead carpenter. Today, Ralph has a complete background in all aspects of carpentry and has become an integral part of the M.J.S. family.

Danelle Hnatiw
Office Administrator

Danelle joined our team in 2006 with 20 years of bookkeeping and management experience. She is the front person and works closely with clients to address all of their needs. Danelle looks forward to helping our clients bring their remodeling and renovation visions to life.
